Yes, Rx Security can set-up your prescription form with more than 1 physician & with multiple locations depending on various State regulations. To place such an order for 6 or less prescribers and/or 6 or less locations you can order online by clicking on “Order Now” in the menu at the top of the webpage. For higher quantities, you will need to download an order form from Rx Security website (click Order Now and choose to download order form) & fax or email in the order form.
For reorders, also submit a copy of your current prescription, with the changes marked on the prescription itself. Rx Security will then create a proof and fax or email it back for your approval. Once approved & emailed/faxed, the order will be printed.
For all new online orders, you can view a proof online while placing your order. If you would like to receive a hard copy proof, please make a note in the “Comments” field. In the case of all new faxed orders, Rx Security will create a proof that will be faxed or emailed to you for your approval.
In the case where you are switching from your existing vendor to Rx Security, you can fax or email a copy of your existing prescription form (with changes marked on it – if required); along with a completed Rx Security order form. Rx Security will then create a proof, which will be sent to you for your approval. The prescriptions will be printed only after the approval of the proof.
These days due to the improved quality of photocopy technology, any void pantograph printed by any security printer (for checks, prescriptions or any other forms) as a sole security feature cannot be guaranteed to totally alleviate fraudulent actions against your document. Print densities of copiers can be varied to override “VOID” security features. This is why we layer our documents with multiple other security features so that the possible failure of the void feature will be compensated by the other features.
